Please read the following rules and terms of the ClixGolden service very carefully before joining. We've tried to keep them as short and simple as possible so they would be easy to understand and follow.

By signing up and actively using the ClixGolden program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. 

ClixGolden may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its affiliates. Latter notices will be posted via ClixGolden.org stats area. 

If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the ClixGolden program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

You and ClixGolden are independent contractors, and nothing in this agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and ClixGolden . 

You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of ClixGolden.org. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. 

ClixGolden will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this agreement or ClixGolden program.

You must have a valid e-mail address to register with our program.

You must use your own name and e-mail address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity, or your account will be deleted.

You may not sign-up multiple times with different e-mail addresses.

Your private user information such as your e-mail will never be revealed. 

Upon registration with ClixGolden , we accumulate and store all user inputted information as well as your IP address browser information & date and time of the record conception. 

Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing ClixGolden.org account.

You will use your e-mail address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "Profile"page.

You are solely responsible for any and all use of your ClixGolden account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.

We do not tolerate SPAM ! Every member using this methode of promote will be deleted ! No exeptions ! Please make sure that you have permision to advertise / post or talk about our program with person to whom you are talking / promoting.

Our current pay rate is $0.02 for each website you visit and 15% for each website your direct referrals visit. These earnings can change in function to our sponsors.

You can refer an unlimited amount of people to join the program.

Inactive members during 15 days will be deleted.

All payments are made via PayPal, e-gold and Moneybookers. We also pay by check or bank deposit.

You must accumulate at least $10.00 before payment will be issued.

By joining ClixGolden you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities.

We can charge indispensable fees for tax payments required by our governmental authorities.

We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice.

We have the right to change our terms and conditions of service at anytime without prior consent or notice. Latter notices will be posted via the ClixGolden stats area.
